Dr. Sharrah Pharr has versatile perspective to support campus leadership with a lens of student-centered growth and efficient fiscal practices. She has a Ph.D. in School Improvement, Masters in Educational Leadership, Bachelors of Business Administration, superintendent certification, experience as a campus principal and a former career and education teacher. She enjoys working with campus and district staff to develop innovative ways to enhance public education.

 

Doug Oakes

Educational consultant

As a classroom teacher, Doug gained extensive experience working in Alternative Education Programs with students in at-risk situations. He holds a Master of Science degree in Educational Administration and has twenty-three years of experience guiding Texas school districts and charter schools through the maze of state and federal program regulations. His background also includes professional planning experience and forty years writing and editing a variety of publications from district/campus improvement plans to newsletters and manuscript-length documents.

 

Susan Forthman

Educational consultant

Susan Forthman has served in Texas public education as a teacher, academic dean, principal, director, and consultant for over 30 years. As a Tomorrow’s Leaders Fellow at Trinity University in San Antonio, Susan had the opportunity to earn an M.Ed. in School Administration while studying and practicing under the mentorship of several of the top researchers in school leadership, followed by post-grad studies in governmental accounting. In addition to serving as a consultant for state and federal programs, Susan has extensive experience in writing and administering competitive grants for Texas school districts.

 

Amanda Fullilove

Amanda Fullilove has served as a teacher, instructional coach, accountability and curriculum director, and federal programs director. Amanda supports educational leaders with a perspective that connects instruction, compliance, and finance. She holds a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University and has experience at both the campus and district level with school improvement, instructional leadership, professional development, fiscal efficiency and state and federal accountability. Amanda is passionate about supporting districts with strategies to maximize funding and student achievement.
